In an action alleging violations of New York General Business Law, breach of contract, and breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, it was alleged that CG&P’s client, a dental implant provider, violated the New York General Business Law by engaging in deceptive practices and false advertising. CG&P successfully moved to dismiss the complaint on the grounds that plaintiff failed to state viable causes of action, and that plaintiff’s causes of action were contradicted by documentary evidence.
