June D. Reiter is a 1999 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
She has extensive experience in the areas of construction law, construction defect, property damage, individual and institutional professional liability defense, including medical, healthcare and dental malpractice, employment law, premises liability, and complex personal injury litigation on the trial and appellate levels. Martindale Hubbell has rated her AV Preeminent, which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards, and Hofstra University School of Law awarded her the Outstanding Women in Law Award in 2016. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
