Jenna L. Fierstein

Jenna L. Fierstein graduated, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law. She was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2016.

While in law school, Jenna worked as a student caseworker in Washington & Lee’s Black Lung Clinic, where she represented claimants in complex administrative litigation under the federal Black Lung Benefits Act. Prior to joining CG&P, Jenna gained experience in private practice brokering and underwriting environmental insurance policies. Jenna is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association, for which she serves on the Environmental Law Committee and Science & Law Committee.


Alex M. DiGiovanna

Alex M. DiGiovanna is a graduate of St. John’s University and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law. He was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2021.

While in law school, Alex interned for the Honorable James P. McCormack of the Nassau County Supreme Court. Prior to joining CG&P, Alex gained experience working in private practice in the areas of commercial contract law, business formation, real estate, and family law. Alex is a member of the New York State Bar Association.


Daniel A. Grabowski

​Daniel A. Grabowski graduated, cum laude, from Hofstra University and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2022. He was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2023.

While in law school, Daniel gained litigation experience in criminal defense and civil rights law. He has worked in both private practice and public defense at The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County and the Hofstra Criminal Justice Clinic. In his final semester, he was one of ten graduating students to be selected as a Pro Bono Scholar, which enabled him to return to The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County and represent indigent criminal defendants. Daniel is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.


Harold Kang

Harold Kang graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He was admitted to practice before the Courts of both the State of New York and the State of New Jersey in 2022.

During law school, Harold served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. He was selected as the NY Winner of the NYSBA/ACCTM National Law Student Writing Competition, and a finalist in the Monrad G. Paulsen Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining CG&P, Harold completed a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court and gained experience in the areas of securities litigation, professional liability, and employment law. Harold is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.


Monica R. Mobasser

Monica R. Mobasser graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. She was admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York in 2023.

While in law school, Monica was the President of the Jewish Law Students Association and a member of the Veterans Legal Assistance Project. Prior to joining CG&P, Monica gained experience in private practice in real estate law as well as interning for Honorable Sabrina B. Kraus in Housing Court of the City of New York. Monica is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
