CG&P Partner Matt Flanagan will be speaking along with Hon. Peter B. Skelos of the Appellate Division, Second Department, and Mitchell T. Borkowsky, Chief Counsel for the Tenth Judicial District Grievance Committee, regarding the attorney grievance process, how to avoid it, and how to defend yourself if you are faced with a grievance. The program will be held on May 11, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. at the Nassau County Bar Association. The program is being offered by the Nassau Academy of Law, and all attorneys who attend will receive 2 CLE credits.
